How to Mint zBTC (Deposit)

Step 1: Connect Bitcoin Wallet and Deposit

• After connecting your Bitcoin wallet, navigate to the Mint Page and click on the Deposit tab. Enter the BTC amount you wish to mint.

• zBTC is pegged 1:1 to BTC. APOLLO charges miner fee for each deposit and withdrawal transaction. As a result, the amount of zBTC you receive may be slightly less than the BTC you deposited.

Step 2: Account Creation

• After clicking "Deposit," if you haven’t created a Bitcoin account yet, a window for “Account Creation” will appear to bind Bitcoin and Solana wallets together. APOLLO will charge a one-time Account Creation Fee of 0.05 $SOL for each linked account. Please ensure you have sufficient SOL in your Solana Wallet. Click "Continue" to proceed.

Note:

1. You can bind multiple Bitcoin wallets to a single Solana wallet, creating different accounts for each. However, each Bitcoin wallet can only be bound to one Solana wallet. Please review this carefully before connecting your wallet.

2. For mobile users, Phantom wallet can be used to connect both your Bitcoin and Solana wallets.

Step 3: Confirm Deposit

Check the deposit details and click Confirm to proceed.

Step 3: Deposit Transaction Sent Successfully!

Voila! A toast message will appear in the top right corner once the transaction is processed. Click "View Deposit" to track the details.

Step 4: Make zBTC Visible & Usable

Once the transaction is complete, a pop-up message will appear on APOLLO.

Click “Redeem” to transfer zBTC from custodial vault to your wallet and enable participation in DeFi activities.
